    Step 1

    将素虾米炸至金黄色备用。Sauté mock dried shrimp until golden brown and keep aside.

    Step 2

    烧热¾碗油,加入番茄碎煮烂,加入已搅烂材料C,煮至油红色,加入调味料和炸好的素虾米盛起备用。Heat ¾ bowl oil in wok,add in chopped tomato and cook until soften;toss in grounded ingredients C and cook until oil become reddish,add in seasoning and fried mock dried shrimp;dish out.

    Step 3

    煮滚半镬水,加入四念豆烫熟捞起,铺上番茄辣酱享用。Blanch four-angle bean in boiling water until cooked,drain and arrange in plate;pour spicy tomato sauce over and serve.
